Dashboard

The dashboard is the first page you see after signing in. It's a getting-started checklist that walks you through setting up your back-office. Each task shows a tick when it's done, and a section disappears once all of its tasks are complete — so an empty dashboard means everything is set up.

The checklist

The tasks are grouped into four areas, each linking straight to the page where you complete it:

  1. Profile — fill in your name, add your phone number, and verify your

email and phone. → Team & account

  1. Company — choose your country and enter your company name, registration

number and address. → Team & account

  1. Email setup — configure the sender address your service sends from and

validate its domain. → Messaging

  1. Appearance — upload your logos (rectangular, square, favicon, Open Graph).

Settings

How to use it

Click any task card to jump to its setup page, make the change, and save — the task then drops off the dashboard automatically the next time you return. Work top to bottom and, when the dashboard is empty, your platform is ready to use.
