Signing in
You reach the Admin back-office at the sign-in page. Enter the email and password of your supervisor account.
The sign-in form
- Email — the address of your supervisor account.
- Password — your account password.
- Stay connected — when ticked, your session lasts longer (about 12 hours
instead of 4). Leave it off on shared computers.
At the bottom of the page you can switch the country and language of the interface.
If the email or password is wrong, you get a single neutral message ("invalid email or password") — the page never reveals whether an address exists, and repeated failed attempts are slowed down, to protect accounts.
Two-factor authentication (2FA)
If your account has both its email and phone verified, signing in is protected by a one-time code: after your password is accepted, a 6-digit code is emailed to you and you are taken to a second screen to enter it. Only then is your session opened. Accounts that aren't fully verified yet sign in directly and are guided to finish setup from the dashboard.
You can turn 2FA (and login notifications) on or off for your platform in Settings → Security.
Sessions and signing out
Once signed in you land on the dashboard. Your session stays active until it expires (4h, or 12h with Stay connected) or you sign out. If you come back after it expired, the sign-in page shows a discreet "your session has expired" notice.
You can review every device currently signed in to your account — and sign any of them out — from your team / account area.
Forgot your password?
Use the reset password link on the sign-in page and follow the emailed instructions.
