Team & account
Supervisors are the back-office team accounts that operate the Admin. This area is both your personal account (identity, contact, password, devices, company) and, for administrators, the place to manage the team.
Your account
Your account page shows, as cards:
- Account — your email and phone, each with its verification status.
- Identity — your name, surname and country (with an edit link).
- Password — when it was last changed (with a change link).
- Current session — the device, browser and location you're signed in from,
with a sign out button.
- Company — your company name, registration number and address.
- Verifications — a summary of what's verified (email, phone, company) and
the last verification date.
If your account is new, the page instead shows a short checklist (complete your name, verify email, verify phone, set a password) to finish setup.
Editing your details
- Identity — change your first and last name.
- Company — set your company name, registration number, address (lines,
postal code, city, state) and country.
- Password — enter a new password (twice) plus your current one to confirm.
Passwords need at least 8 characters with an upper-case letter, a lower-case letter, a digit and a symbol. You're emailed when it changes.
Verifying your email and phone
From email verify / phone verify, request a 6-digit code (sent by email or SMS, valid a few minutes — you must wait a short cool-down between requests), then enter it to confirm. Once both your email and phone are verified, your sign-in is protected by 2FA.
Connected devices
Connected devices lists every active session on your account — device, browser, location and sign-in time — and lets you sign out any of them individually if you don't recognise one.
Managing the team (administrators)
The team list shows all supervisors: name, email, status, role (Administrator / member), the device and time of their last sign-in, and when they were added. It is paginated.
- Invite a supervisor — enter a first name, last name, email, phone and
country. The email and phone are validated, the account is created, and a temporary password is shown to you once (to share); the person changes it at first sign-in, and a welcome email is sent.
- Remove — take a supervisor off the team. This deletes their account and
ends all their sessions (administrators are protected). They're notified by email.
Inviting and removing are available to administrators only. Every change here is recorded in the event log.
