Admin overview
The Admin back-office is where you operate your service behind the scenes — the counterpart of the customer-facing Platform. You sign in with a supervisor account and manage the people who use your platform, the projects they create, the messages your service sends, your branding, and your team.
Signing in and getting set up
- Sign in — log in with your email and password; a
one-time code (2FA) protects accounts whose email and phone are verified.
- Dashboard — your getting-started checklist:
complete your profile, company details, email sender, and branding.
Managing your service
- Consumers — the end-user accounts of your platform:
browse, search, create, edit, verify, and control account status.
- Projects — the projects your consumers create:
inspect them, manage their teams and API keys, and change their status.
- Usage & billing — consumption and cost over a period,
per metered feature.
- Messaging — the emails and SMS your service sends:
configure senders, send messages, and review history.
Configuration
- Team & supervisors — your back-office team accounts and
your own profile, security and devices.
- Settings — your visual identity (logos, colours) and
security policy (2FA, login notifications, sessions, verification rules).
- Verifications — the email / phone / IP
verification audit trail.
- Media library (CDN) — upload and deliver images.
- Translations — translate text into other languages.
- Countries — activate the countries your platform serves.
- API keys — keys for the admin API.
- Event log — the audit trail of everything that happens.
- Feedback — feedback submitted from your platform.
Finding your way around
The top bar groups these areas into tabs; some open a row of sub-tabs. List pages let you search and open a detail record, and detail records expose the actions available for that item (edit, suspend, delete…). A coloured banner at the top of the window tells you which environment you are in. Every change you make is recorded in the event log.
